As mentioned above, the Techno-Kontrol Alloy stops the explosion of any tank filled with gasoline, diesel, gas, petroleum or any other type of flammable, gaseous or liquid substance.
In addition our Techno-Kontrol Alloy only consumes a minimum 1% of the overall tanks capacity when using the net and 1.5% when using the balls. Therefore, if a 100 litres tank is filled with our alloy net, the tank has a capacity of 99 litres, and if filled with the balls, it has a capacity of 98.5 litres. Thus our Techno-Kontrol Alloy completely avoids the oxidation within the interior part of the tank and in turn stops explosions 100% of the time.
This is achieved by our TK operators installing our specially designed alloy at the semi-final stage of the manufacturing process depending on the products applicatioas or usage.We can adapt to our clients needs by introducing different formats for different applications or installation applications.

The movement-transport of protected products (gas cylinders/aeroplanes/cargoships/vechicles/fuel tanks,etc) aren´t an issue with regards of its principal tested and validated technical benefits and they can be transferred-transported-used throughout different regions of the world without any issues or loss of safety performance, however, what we have discovered is that knowing that a product will be mainly in one region of the globe, with one main type of meteorological conditions we can improve its original validated technical benefits to even higher levels of technical performance.
Having this meteorogical data we can apply and produce specialist & unique alloy formulas and manufacturing processing applications in the creation of that custom made TK-Safety Alloy for that product in that region, thus we are able to offer exclusive custom made products with the best possible TK-Safety Alloys performance results for the needs of that client.
