These operations can be from "Long Range Desert Operations", to "Convoy, Urban and City Centre Operations", to "Bullion, Specialist Military, Industrial Heavy Transport" to the more remote or un-protected regions for any new creation or present operational industrial, natural resources, military, frontier, border control, logistical operational bases in any region of the globe regardless of the harness, distance, lack of infrastructures to any kind of extreme climatic conditions from high heat (desert conditions) to freezing (-Zero/Polar conditions) or even to due to social, political, geopolitical, terrorist, sabotage issues and/or "delicate(unsecure areas" for any government, civil contractor and /or private security corporations trying to establish "logistical bridge heads-bases" for their clients to begin their industrial or commercial activities in a certain region.

Technokontrol has designed, studied, learned, applied into our manufacturing and design process the technology, vision, pragmatism to be able to create our own "patented technologies" to be installed and applied into our designed products. Due to believing that to "move forward one has to look and study the past first" and to learn from others experiences, mistakes, errors, successes and as one wise person stated, "you only learn from your mistakes!"

We at TK-BNV have tried to find the right mixtures of technologies, systems, ideas, simplicity but with efficiency which are all applied in some way or degree into our technologies and have been designed to cover, envisage and to protect the most important asset of them all and that is "human operator", the “personnel" who are involved directly or indirectly in any type or dangerous operations thus always thinking firstly in their needs and safety as being paramount for us and our corporate philosophy and we would only wish that our family members, friends, co-works where to be protected at the highest levels if it where possible and this is why we don´t just manufacture "off the line mass produced products", but only specially thought out and designed products to be safety driven but also efficient and cost effective.

These "TK-BNV "Safety and Defensive" technologies which are incorporated maybe required from the changing of a simple tyre puncture in the worst physical and climatic scenarios, to mine field, I.E.D. explosions damage or simple/complex engine, structural vehicle failure. These reasons can´t only be the reason for the failure of any type of operation, patrol, protection but can be the cause due to being isolated, out of action/service damaged and increasing the risk factor and vulnerability of the "team" thus increasing the percentage risk of injury, death of the "team" but possibly even worse having your "personnel-team" kidnapped, tortured and/or used as a "media-publicity" object for the captors.

Thus Technokontrol/Black Night Viper Technologies always designing all our technologies to have at least a second or third "opportunity-back up plan" to have an immediate solution to any type of kind of technical, mechanical, electronical damage and still be able to at least retrieve oneself from the danger zone or even to continue if it where the case or scenario.

We don´t believe that such expensive technological machinery, equipment can be "just abandoned" in any scenario due to a multiple puncture of tyres. lack of fuel or to being "stuck/bogged" into mud, sand, marshes and waiting for a "wrecker team" to come to assist your "team/vehicle" which in many cases is even more dangerous than just trying to physically trying to get the team out by any other means before being captured.

TK-BNV Heavy on-off road transporters have been designed not only for military or law enforcement use but also for industrial, infrastructure, development, humanitarian usage and application in any location, climate, area or with or without terrorist, civil-unrest, military action scenarios.

Our "Warrior & King Warriors" have been designed to transport/pull our TK-BNV-Trailers which can be attached to also the "Killer & Slayer" versions to allow any operation not only to advance, cover or protect but also to establish long range/term bases and with our "Warrior vehicles", not only will the transport be well protected against attacks but also have the technology to move into "chain/track" traction in the event of mechanical, electronica physical damage but also to be able to transport up to five (5) TK-Trailers units thus being able to transport in or "TK-Containers" from Eagle Eye aircraft, King Shark patrol Vessels, supplies, munitions, mobile fuel deposits, water supplies, medical centers, telecommunication bases, front/back line command centers, operational/logistical/maintenance-repair bases, etc.

"Learning From The Past To Move Forward Into The Future"

The Long Range Desert Group (LRDG)

The Long Range Desert Group (LRDG) was a reconnaissance and raiding unit of the British Army during the Second World War. The commander of the German Africa Corps, Field Marshal Erwin Rommel, admitted that the LRDG "caused us more damage than any other British unit of equal strength".

Originally called the Long Range Patrol (LRP), the unit was founded in Egypt in June 1940 by Major Ralph A. Bagnold, acting under the direction of General Archibald Wavell. Bagnold was assisted by Captain Patrick Clayton and Captain William Shaw. . The LRDG never numbered more than 350 men, all of whom were volunteers.

The LRDG was formed specifically to carry out deep penetration, covert reconnaissance patrols and intelligence missions from behind Italian lines, although they sometimes engaged in combat operations. Because the LRDG were experts in desert navigation they were sometimes assigned to guide other units, including the Special Air Service and secret agents across the desert. During the Desert Campaign between December 1940 and April 1943, the vehicles of the LRDG operated constantly behind the Axis lines, missing a total of only 15 days during the entire period.[4] Possibly their most notable offensive action was during Operation Caravan, an attack on the town of Barce and its associated airfield, on the night of 13 September 1942. However, their most vital role was the 'Road Watch', during which they clandestinely monitored traffic on the main road from Tripoli to Benghazi, transmitting the intelligence to the British Army Headquarters.

With the surrender of the Axis forces in Tunisia in May 1943, the LRDG changed roles and moved operations to the eastern Mediterranean, carrying out missions in the Greek islands, Italy and the Balkans. After the end of the war in Europe, the leaders of the LRDG made a request to the War Office for the unit to be transferred to the Far East to conduct operations against the Japanese Empire. The request was declined and the LRDG was disbanded in August 1945.

History, birth of this Strategic Military & Law Enforcement off-road all-terrain Vehicles.

The LRDG vehicles were mainly two wheel drive, chosen because they were lighter and used less fuel than four wheel drive. They were stripped of all non-essentials, including doors, windscreens and roofs. They were fitted with a bigger radiator, a condenser system, built up leaf springs for the harsh terrain, wide, low pressure desert tyres, sand mats and channels, plus map containers and a sun compass devised by Bagnold. Wireless trucks had special compartments built into the bodywork to house wireless equipment. Initially the LRDG patrols were equipped with one CMP Ford 15 cwt F15 truck for the commander, while the rest of the patrol used up to 10 Chevrolet 30 cwt WB trucks. From March 1941 the 30 cwt Chevrolets were replaced by the CMP Ford 30 cwt F30, although in some ways this was a retrograde step; because they were four wheel drive and heavier than the Chevrolets, they used twice as much fuel, which in turn reduced the range of a patrol. From March 1942 the Fords were progressively replaced by 200 Canadian Chevrolet 1533 X2 30 cwts which had been specially ordered for the LRDG. From July 1942 Willys Jeeps began to be issued for the patrol commander and patrol sergeant.

The patrol vehicles were initially armed with 11 Lewis machine guns, four Boys anti-tank rifles and a Bofors 37 mm anti-tank gun distributed amongst their vehicles.[14] By December 1940, the vehicle armaments had been improved and 'T' Patrol, for example, had five .303 Vickers Medium Mk. I machine guns, five Lewis guns, four Boys anti-tank guns and the Bofors 37 mm. Another Vickers gun used was the heavy Vickers .50 machine gun, which would be mounted at the rear of the vehicle. All of the unit's vehicles were armed with at least one gun; each vehicle was fitted with six to eight gun mountings, but normally only two or three of them would be in use.

Supplementing their army-supplied weapons, the LRDG was equipped with surplus Royal Air Force (RAF) weapons. The most widely used of these was the Vickers K machine gun, which was sometimes used mounted in pairs. From mid-1941 the LRDG acquired .303 Browning Mk II's from RAF stocks, also mounted in pairs, with a combined rate of fire of 2,400 rounds per minute.

When new vehicles were issued in March 1942, several were converted to carry captured dual-purpose 20 mm Breda Model 35s, which replaced the Bofors 37 mm, and each half-patrol was equipped with one Breda "Gun truck". In September 1942 the 50 Browning AN/M2 heavy machine gun began to replace both calibers of the Vickers machine guns and the Boys anti-tank rifle.

The men of the LRDG carried the standard British Second World War small arms, the Short Magazine Lee-Enfield (SMLE) No.1 Mk III* being the primary rifle. Other small arms carried were Thompson submachine guns and .38 Enfield, Webley & Scott or .45 Colt 1911A1 pistols. Several types of hand grenade were used: the Mills bomb, No. 68 Anti-tank and No. 69's. Each truck carried a Lee-Enfield EY rifle fitted with a discharger cup able to fire the No. 36M Mills rifle grenade. The LRDG also laid land mines, the most common being the Mk 2 mine. Lewes bombs, a custom made weapon using Nobel 808, were used to destroy aircraft and other targets.

LEGACY FROM THE XIX TO THE XXI CENTURY MILITARY-LAW ENFORCEMENT INTERNATIONAL SURVEILLANCE-DEFENCE-ATTACK OPERATIONS

The Long Range Desert Group was disbanded at the end of the Second World War. The only comparable British Army units today are the Mobility troops of the Special Air Service. Each of the regular army Special Air Service squadrons has a Mobility troop. Like the LRDG, they are specialists in using vehicles, trained in an advanced level of motor mechanics to fix any problem with their vehicles, and are experts in desert warfare.

The Long Range Desert Group is one of the Second World War units represented by the Special Air Service Association. Other wartime units represented include all the SAS regiments, the Special Raiding Squadron, the Special Boat Service (Wartime), the Phantom Signal Squadron, the Raiding Support Regiment and the Greek Sacred Squadron

A military armoured car is a type of armoured fighting vehicle having wheels (from four to ten large, off-road wheels) instead of tracks, and usually light armour. Armoured cars are typically less expensive and on roads have better speed and range than tracked military vehicles. They do however have less mobility as they have less off-road capabilities because of the higher ground pressure. They also have less obstacle climbing capabilities than tracked vehicles. Wheels are more vulnerable to enemy fire than tracks, they have a higher signature and in most cases less armour than comparable tracked vehicles. As a result they are not intended for heavy fighting; their normal use is for reconnaissance, command, control, and communications, or for use against lightly armed insurgents or rioters. Only some are intended to enter close combat, often accompanying convoys to protect soft-skinned vehicles.

Light armoured cars, such as the British Ferret are armed with just a machine gun. Heavier vehicles are armed with auto cannon or a small tank gun. The heaviest armoured cars, such as the German, World War II era SdKfz 234 or the modern, US M1128 Mobile Gun System, mount the same guns that arm medium tanks.

Armoured Security Vehicle

Many modern forces now have their dedicated armoured car designs, to exploit the advantages noted above. Examples would be the M1117 Armoured Security Vehicle of the USA or Alvis Saladin of the post-World War II era in the United Kingdom. Armoured cars are popular for peacekeeping or internal security duties. Their appearance is less confrontational and threatening than tanks, and their size and manoeuvrability is said to be more compatible with tight urban spaces designed for wheeled vehicles. However they do have a larger turning radius compared to tracked vehicles which can turn on the spot and their tires are vulnerable and are less capable in climbing and crushing obstacles. However when there is true combat they are easily outgunned and lightly armoured. The threatening appearance of a tank is often enough to keep an opponent from attacking, whereas a less threatening vehicle such as an armoured car is more likely to be attacked.

Alternatively, civilian vehicles may be modified into improvised armoured cars in ad-hoc fashion. Many militias and irregular forces adapt civilian vehicles into AFVs (armoured fighting vehicles) and troop carriers, and in some regional conflicts these "technicals" are the only combat vehicles present. On occasion, even the soldiers of national militaries are forced to adapt their civilian-type vehicles for combat use, often using improvised armour and scrounged weapons.

Internal security vehicle

An internal security vehicle (ISV), also known as an armoured security vehicle (ASV), is a combat vehicle used for supporting contingency operations. Security vehicles are typically armed with a turreted heavy machine gun and auxiliary medium machine gun. The vehicle is designed to minimize firepower dead space and the vehicles weapons can be depressed to a maximum of 12°. Non-lethal water cannons and tear gas cannons can provide suppressive fire in lieu of unnecessary deadly fire. Main article: Internal security vehicle.

The vehicle must be protected against weapons typical of riots. Protection from incendiary devices is achieved though coverage of the air intake and exhaust ports as well as a strong locking mechanism on the fuel opening. Turret and door locks prevent access to the interior of the vehicle by rioters. Vision blocks, ballistic glass and window shutters and outside surveillance cameras allow protected observation from within the vehicle. Wheeled 4x4 and 6x6 configurations are typical of security vehicles.

Tracked security vehicles are often cumbersome and leave negative political connotations for being perceived as an imperial invading force.

Improvised fighting vehicle

An improvised fighting vehicle is a combat vehicle resulting from modifications to a civilian or military non-combat vehicle in order to give it a fighting capability. Such modifications usually consist of the grafting of armour plating and weapon systems. Various militaries have procured such vehicles, ever since the introduction of the first automobiles into military service. Main articles: Improvised fighting vehicle, Gun truck, and Technical (vehicle).

During the early days, the absence of a doctrine for the military use of automobiles or of an industry dedicated to producing them, lead to much improvisation in the creation of early armoured cars, and other such vehicles. Later, despite the advent of arms industries in many countries, several armies still resorted to using ad hoc contraptions, often in response to unexpected military situations, or as a result of the development of new tactics for which no available vehicle was suitable. The construction of improvised fighting vehicles may also reflect a lack of means for the force that uses them. This is especially true in developing countries, where various armies and guerrilla forces have used them, as they are more affordable than military-grade combat vehicles.

Modern examples include military gun truck is an improvised fighting vehicle used by units of regular armies or other official government armed forces, based on a conventional cargo truck, that is able to carry a large weight of weapons and armour.

They have mainly been used by regular armies to escort military convoys in regions subject to ambush by guerrilla forces. "Narco tanks", used by Mexican drug cartels in the Mexican Drug War, are built from such trucks, which combines operational mobility, tactical offensive, and defensive capabilities.

Infantry fighting vehicle

An infantry fighting vehicle (IFV), also known as a mechanized infantry combat vehicle (MICV), is a type of armoured fighting vehicle used to carry infantry into battle and provide direct fire support. The first example of an IFV was the Soviet BMP-1, which surprised western intelligence analysts when it appeared in a military parade in 1967.

IFVs are similar to armoured personnel carriers (APCs) and infantry carrier vehicles (ICVs), designed to transport a section or squad of infantry (generally between five and ten men) and their equipment. They are differentiated from APCs— which are purely "troop-transport" vehicles armed only for self-defense— because they are designed to give direct fire support to the dismounted infantry and so usually have significantly enhanced armament. IFVs also often have improved armour and some have firing ports (allowing the infantry to fire personal weapons while mounted).

They are typically armed with an auto cannon of 20 to 40mm calibre, 7.62mm machine guns, anti-tank missiles (ATGMs) and/or surface-to-air missiles (SAGMs). IFVs are usually tracked, but some wheeled vehicles fall into this category. IFVs are generally less heavily armed and armoured than main battle tanks. They sometimes carry anti-tank missiles to protect and support infantry against armoured threats, such as the NATO TOW missile and Soviet Bastion, which offer a significant threat to tanks. Specially-equipped IFVs have taken on some of the roles of light tanks; they are used by reconnaissance organizations, and light IFVs are used by airborne units which must be able to fight without the heavy firepower of tanks.

Amphibious vehicles

During the Cold War the Soviet bloc states developed a number of amphibious APCs, fighting vehicles and tanks, both wheeled and tracked. Most of the vehicles the Soviets designed were amphibious, or could ford deep water. Wheeled examples are the BRDM-1 and BRDM-2 4x4 armoured scout cars, as well as the BTR-60, BTR-70, BTR-80 and BTR-94 8x8 armoured personnel carriers and the BTR-90 infantry fighting vehicle. Many modern military vehicles, ranging from light wheeled command and reconnaissance, through armoured personnel carriers and tanks, are manufactured with amphibious capabilities. Contemporary wheeled armoured amphibians include the French Véhicule de l'Avant Blindé and Véhicule Blindé Léger. The latter is a small, lightly armoured 4x4 all-terrain vehicle that is fully amphibious and can swim at 5.4 km/h. The VAB (Véhicule de l'Avant Blindé - "Armoured Vanguard Vehicle") is a fully amphibious armoured personnel carrier powered in the water by two water jets, that entered service in 1976 and produced in numerous configurations, ranging from basic personnel carrier, anti-tank missile platform.

The United States started developing a long line of Landing Vehicle Tracked (LVT) designs from ca. 1940. The US Marine Corps currently uses the AAV7-A1 Assault Amphibious Vehicle, which was to be succeeded by the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle, which was capable of planing on water and can achieve water speeds of 37–46 km/h. The EFV project has been cancelled.

A significant amount of tracked armoured vehicles that are primarily intended for land-use, have some amphibious cability, tactically useful inland, reducing dependence on bridges. They use their tracks, sometimes with added propeller or water jets for propulsion. As long as the banks have a shallow enough slopes to enter or leave the water they can cross rivers and water obstacles.

Some heavy tanks can operate amphibiously with a fabric skirt to add buoyancy. The Sherman DD tank used in the Normandy landings had this setup. When in water the waterproof float screen was raised and propellers deployed. Some modern vehicles use a similar skirt.

Armoured personnel carrier

Armoured personnel carriers are intended to carry infantry quickly and relatively safely to point where they are deployed. In 1918, the British Mk V tank was capable of carrying a small number of troops. In the US the term "Infantry Carrier Vehicle (ICV)" is used. In 1944, the Canadian general Guy Simonds ordered the conversion of redundant armoured vehicles to carry troops (generically named "Kangaroos"). This proved highly successful, even without training, and the concept was widely used in the 21st Army Group. Post-war, specialised designs were built, such as the Soviet BTR-60 and USM113.

Infantry mobility vehicle

An infantry mobility vehicle (IMV) is a wheeled armoured personnel carrier (APC) serving as a military patrol, reconnaissance or security vehicle. Examples include the ATF Dingo, AMZ Dzik, AMZ Tur, Mungo ESK, and Bushmaster IMV. This term also applies to the vehicles currently being fielded as part of the program. Main articles: Infantry mobility vehicle and MRAP.

IMVs were developed in response to the threats of modern warfare, with an emphasis on Ambush Protection and Mine-Resistance. Similar vehicles existed long before the term IMV was coined, such as the French VAB and South African Buffel. The term is coming more into use to differentiate light 4x4 wheeled APCs from the traditional 8x8 wheeled APCs. It is a neologism for what might have been classified in the past as an armoured scout car, such as the BRDM, but the IMV is distinguished by having a requirement to carry dismountable infantry. The up-armoured M1114 Humvee variant can be seen as an adaptation of the unarmoured Humvee to serve in the IMV role.

WHY INVEST IN TK-BLACK NIGHT VIPER MILITARY/LAW ENFORCEMENT VEHICLES & TECHNOLOGIES?

In today’s military/law enforcement industries most manufactures are competing in the same areas, lighter weight armour, more sophisticated material, nano-technologies, more fuel efficient motors, longer range, higher levels of armouring, motor increase/power-torque, heavier armament, advanced telecommunication systems, etc. However, they all have they weakness and strengths and then the application of these already available technologies can be applied to any type of vehicle.

At the end of the day all military manufacturing corporations know and accept that regardless of any type, class or kind of armouring, design, defensive systems no one can stop a suicide bomber, massive IED bombs, mine fields, heat seeker missiles, etc. If a 70 ton armoured tank can be destroyed in any field of action, well what has the chance to save a 1-9 ton vehicle? Even since WWII when the Germans used the simple cost effective, mass produced "Panzerfaust" which was more effective than the USA models and being used captured supplies by the allies as a better, more effective armament than even the famous "Bazookas" this was a real issue as the damage was immense with the extreme low cost and mobility of any soldier, volunteer to use these military attack systems against the Russian T-34, Sherman Tanks, etc.

The only solution is finding the reduction of the "RISK FACTOR" to the bare minimum and we all agree that the most import issue is the safety of the "crew/team" regardless of the technology, type, class of vehicle and this is where TK-Black Night Viper Military Technologies R&D begins to break the technological fields, sectors, moldes and designs with new and better unknown exclusively patented technologies.

We can´t believe that into today’s warfare battlefield, terrorist, vandalism, piracy, drug sectors the issue of adapting new technologies to increase the "safety factors and reducing risk" isn´t possible. TK-BNV believes and has designed and patented these new applications and technologies especially when we all know no vehicle is "too well protected or totally protected". We believe that it’s more important to not to be in a vulnerable position and thus being "stuck/dug in" a sand dune, marsh, mud field and being as mobile as possible at all times is paramount and thus having a "second & third opportunities" to save the day isn’t a luxury but a must!

TECHNOLOKONTROL-BLACK NIGHT VIPER

MILITARY/LAW ENFORCEMENT TECHNOLOGIES

1).- "PRESENT TECHNOLOGIES":

We can use and design any vehicle with any present technology for any kind of scenario from VIP, civilian, humanitarian to military/Law enforcement use.

2).-"HYDRAULIC UNDERCARRIAGE LIFTING PODS":

We can use our TK-Vehicle technology to "lift the vehicle" with the use of undercarriage "hydraulic lifting pods", especially viable where there is a hard/solid ground to support the vehicles weight, or having the

The opportunity to place metal covers, plates under the "lifting pods" allowing even the lifting in any "soft, mud, sand, marsh" conditions.

3).-"EXHAUST /GAS INFLATABLE "AIRBAG VEHICLE LIFTING TECHNOLOGIES":

This system allows the vehicle to be lifted from any kind of ground, surface from sand dunes to mud, solid grounds and to be regulated by selecting how much gas to inflate each section thus allowing the vehicle to be lifted and even put in a straight horizontal line allowing the change of tyres, repairs, and also the usage of our unique incorporated "chain/track" technologies.

4).-"HYDRAULIC EXTREME LIFTING SUSPENSION TECHNOLOGIES":

This technology allows the vehicle to have sufficient space underneath to allow the tyres/wheels to be completely incorporated inside the wheels arch space of the vehicle to allow the undercarriage of the vehicle to be on its "belly" thus allowing also the possibility of repairs, to put under the wheels, track metal panels, chains, metal desert panels. It will then also allow the vehicle to use its "alternative traction technologies "Chain/Track" technology without hindering, slowing, dragging the vehicle while in "track/chain" mode in emergency usage.

This same technology can be used vice-versa where the suspension lifts the vehicle to allow in an independent and individual way to allow a wheele to be in the "air" to allow quick and effective wheel/tyre changes, engine, undercarriage, structural repairs, etc.

5).-"UNDERCARRIAGE CHAIN/TRACK TECHNOLOGIES":

This technology can be assisted and used individually or fully by the previous means explained and even in a manual method. The vehicle has incorporated in the undercarriage a "protected holding pod" area in which this "chain/track technology" is always closed thus not allowing dust, sand, debriee, to enter the pod area, vehicle during normal wheel usage and also allowing it to being protected by an undercarriage "protection pod systems" of the highest calibre and protection.

In the event of needing its use the vehicle which can be lifted manually or by any of the before mentioned "vehicle lifting technologies/methods”, thus allowing that the "traction chain/track" door pod can be slid, rolled into the vehicle allowing this system to fall into place and even selecting its final height and required usage hydraulically or by hand pump in the event of hydraulic damage to the vehicle. This simple but effective "assistance" can be from the pulling, traction, with its own "track/chain” traction system out of any sand dune or mud to even to lift the vehicle onto to its own independent traction "track/chain" system not requiring the wheels traction thus allowing its mobility in/out of the worst possible scenarios.

We can offer to use the same engine for both "wheel and chain/track" technology with an unique electronic distribution/traction/reduction systems to pass/transfer the power/traction from wheels to “track/chain” or we can incorporate a second small independent 100bhp engine in the rear or front depending of the vehicle design allowing then that even with the main motor/engine being damaged/destroyed and even the front or rear traction out of operation the vehicle will be able to move out of any scenario with its second engine and traction “chain/track" system allowing the "crew/ team" to remain inside the vehicle and even though travelling not as fast as on wheels will always be much faster/quicker/secure and protective than awaiting back up support, medi-vac, assistance, maintenance, "wreckers" to come to help this "team/crew" in this delicate and even life threating situation".

6)."TK-ANTI EXPLOSION FUEL TANKS/FUEL TRUCK TANKER VEHICLES":

Technokontrol incorporates in all of its vehicles our own unique 8th Generation anti-explosion alloys which not only will reduce any external explosion from an external detonation but in the event of the vehicle being shot at, attacked, or put alight due to an ambush the fuel tanks of these fuel tanks will never explode due to a B.L.E.V.E. explosion. Thus giving much more time for the “teams/crews" to evacuate in the most extreme conditions but also knowing that in the event of being trapped inside the vehicle no fuel tank explosion will occure thus saving possibly many lives and also giving those extra minutes to try to assist the "crew/team" from inside or outside the damaged vehicle.

The transport of personal, supplies, fuel, food, medical equipment, munitions, all types of machinery and armament is essential in any type of conflict from the most proactive attack stradegy to the most pro-defensive position thus these supplies being essential and also being extremely vulnerable to the enemy. Not only do our vehicles have the already mentioned "safety-Protection” technologies but also have in the case of the fuel tankers that extra "safety net" in which the tanker can't explode due to fire, bullet fire, B.L.E.V.E. and with their "run on flat tyres", bullet proof protection panel wheel/tyre systems this protection of the transport vehicle becomes very sophisticated and of unique technology.

Without forgetting that due to having the same technologies as mentioned before it also can run on all types of terrains and under all types of conditions from its military use but also for its humanitarian, engineering, infrastructure, civilian, law enforcement and private security corporation usage. Due to its operational usage it also can become a "road freight train" by being able to pull up to five containers with their own independent "crane systems" to unload/load in any area once reaching at the designated location.

7).-WHEELS, TYRES, UNDERCARRIAGE, LATERAL EXTENDIBLE BULLET/DEBRIEE/THERMAL HEAT/FIRE PROTECTION PANELS.

TK-BNV has studied that in many cases even the use of "flat run tyres" can´t be used for military/law enforcement activities due to use of explosives, heavy fire or the simple but extremely effective gas cylinders bombs, petrol bombs and even the direct suicide attacks with fully loaded vehicles with fuel, munitions and shrapnel.

Thus TK-BNV designing an unique patented technology which allows the driver/operator to cover manually, automatically or remotely the tyres, lateral sides of any of our vehicles thus protecting the vehicle against the above mentioned points. Due to the protection and nearly total cover of the wheels, tyres, undercarriage there would be enough time to be able to retrieve oneself from the situation or even to "bulldoze" oneself out by means of "pushing through" any danger zone. This would also be a very secure procedure to patrol through un-secure town, cities, urban areas where street, civil un-rest can be activated extremely quickly thus again protecting the "crew/team" to evade the increase of the seriousness of the situation or to await backup securely or to activate an intervention, arrest, attack on a certain location.

8).-ANTI-THERMAL/FIRE PROTECTIVE INTERNAL/EXTERNAL PANEL PROTECTION TECHNOLOGIES.

TK-BNV have designed special textile, mineral, alloys to protect all of our vehicles not only from armed gun fire but also from petrol bombs, fire bombs, explosives using chemicals as Napalm and other explosive agents.

Our TK-Alloys, textiles can withstand heat and direct fire over 1600ºC for up to 240 minutes allowing the security services, crew members to retrieve any wounded, injured or trapped "crew/team” members. Not only this is technology is "life saving and risk reducing" but also having the extra benefit of having the fuel tanks fully protected and installed with of our "TK-Anti-explosion alloys" which will stop any fuel tank explosion or B.L.E.V.E. thus again earning extra minutes, hours to save everyone’s lives of the "crew/team" but also possibly the re-use, re-operability of the vehicle if the damage can be contained due to these safety and defensive technologies installed in our vehicles.

TechnoKontrol Military Anti-Thermal Radiation Blankets

TECHNOKONTROL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT "THE ULTIMATE CLOAK & DAGGER PROJECT"

THE BLACK NIGHT VIPER PROGRAMME

Technokontrol Research & Development Team is in its final stages of testing of our new Military Anti-Thermal Radiation Blanket.

This technology is based on the principles of the "fire blanket" in which is used for the protection against all types of fires and is more and more used in homes and by emergency and fire services around the world. The uses of these blankets have been also adapted to many types of different industries in which H&S are paramount and that all safety directives must follow or surpass all Health and Safety Guidelines including the US NFPA guidelines which are the highest standard guidelines for global fire, explosion protection and fire prevention.

Due to using our special alloys technology we have been able to introduce our specialist alloys into a specially designed doubled protected textile blanket in which the thermal radiation is extremely reduced or even completely nullified to which any thermal heating vision system can´t pick up the thermal radiation from covering military vehicles or the complete physical covering over special forces or personnel in night or in day operations.

Thermal radiation is extremely reduced or even completely nullified

Anti-Terrorism Advantage For Special Military use or Law Enforcement

When hunting for terrorists, seeing them before they see you is a must and knowing that they can´t see you with any technology will be a great tactical advantage.

Regular night-vision goggles and thermal heat seekers area great asset for any armed forces but due to the easy purchase of all of these new and advanced technologies by even the "enemy" the advantage won´t be complete until one can not only see, hear, feel the "enemy" but also be totally assured that they can´t see or feel where you are. This is why the TechnoKontrol Research & development department began the designing our new revolutionary technical solution: "The Ultimate Cloak & Dagger Project"- The Black Night Viper Programme.

The human eye sees light with a wavelength between 400 and 700 nanometres, while a night-vision device may see up to around 900, closing in on the infrared range. The new thermal cameras can amplify up the war fighter’s vision to a whole different spectrum and quality of vision and of thermal activity.

These new technologies are based on long-wave infrared technology allows a warfighter to "see" even in pitch-black or no light conditions. By using an 8- through 10-micron range, it can give the user "sight" in spite of smoke, foliage, fog, rain and other adverse conditions where standard devices provide only limited capability.

While basic camouflage can defeat ordinary night-vision devices, it can't fool these new thermal cameras ability to detect thermal sources. It can even identify whether a vehicle or a room has been recently occupied by "seeing" residual heat signatures. Arguably even cooler, it can spot hand and footprints invisible to the naked eye. However with our "Black Night Viper Blanket" this completely changes the face of the battlefield as these present and advanced technologies visual & heat seeking technologies will be rendered again as secondary due to our new technological advances in our "Cloak & Dagger Programme"

This new ability of thermal heating equipment to read temperature differences means it can also recognize recent ground disturbances indicating that an IED may have been planted and hidden.

At night, thermal signals can still swamp a camera making it difficult to work out a target or a threat. In urban environments, heat will radiate off of buildings; in the jungle heat can radiate off of plants; and even in the desert, while it may be sweltering in the day and freezing at night, heat will still radiate off the ground, plants and cacti.

The very cool outline mode literally outlines thermal objects, meaning warfighters can use their laser targeting systems without their laser signal getting lost. It would be handy in both day and night.

Again, all of these present and future advances will be rendered secondary due to Technokontrol being able to not only protect and cover personnel from anti-thermal radiation emitting emissions but also vehicles, engines, motors, chimneys, planes, boats, housing, military bases or electronic telecommunication centers by means of blankets or large size coverings for different uses.

Even though all the above mentioned advances are a great technological advantage having the complete package of "real on the ground stealth" will be the only future and having our TK-Anti-Thermal Blanket/Coverings for all types of personnel, items, engines, buildings will be a must for future special operations forces, night surveillance and observation posts and not only is it paramout to "see your enemy but not to be seen" as we all know in the great technological and financial investments in "submarine and aviation hi-tech stealth programms" where these advances gives the attacking forces the ultimate "upper hand" in any kind of military or law enforcement scenario and especially in any type of battlefield from the mountains of Afghanistan to the Drug enforcement units in a jungle DEA war in South America or even anti-terrorist surveillance in desert areas in the Middle East for long periods of time surveillance or covert operations.

Special Operations night attack

TECHNOKONTROL MILITARY ANTI-THERMAL RADIATION BLANKETS

Special operations of any army as for example the S.A.S, S.B.S, Rangers, Special Ops these specialist troops which are normally behind enemy lines and in strategic observation positions need to be non-detectable at all times but they are normally or can be easily detected by their body-heat or thermal emissions from their armament or transport. Any defending force especially at night will use the available thermal detection technology to search for these military intrusions and will protect and defend their nation, region or own forces will all the possible technological assets as thermal or night vision systems combined with contra-offensive armament.

Having intruders or enemy forces behind your lines may not be a direct threat at a physical military attack scale but is and will be the base to recollect intelligence for the preparation and final use of this data to arrange-locate an military strike attack using radar, laser or GPS guiding systems and technologies to locate and request " pin point” missile, artillery or aero-attacks against the enemy.

Even though the TK-Anti Thermal Radiation Blanket/Coverings will avoid thermal radiation including protecting fire/heat of up to and over 1000º which will reduce heat exposure in extreme hot environments as in deserts it won´t be able to hide the troops physical movements under day or night vision technology thus being able to been seen visually with night vision technology-However, our TK-Blanket has also been designed to have camouflage netting from jungle or desert colouring and textile textures to cover completely the whole body of the soldier and his armament or supplies as long as its blends into background environment. With little as possible physical movement which can´t be observed with the present night vision apparatus available in the military and having no thermal emissions combined with static camouflage coverings the enemy will find it extremely difficult to locate any penetration in their zones or patrol sectors even behind established enemy lines.

TK-BNV DOESN´T BELIEVE THAT THIS SHOULD HAPPEN IN THE XXI CENTURY BATTLEFIELD OR ON TACTICAL / SURVEILLANCE OPERATIONS

THESE IMAGES OF EXPOSED "CREWS/TEAMS" WITH THEIR STRANDED VEHICLES MUST ONLY BE SEEN IN "EXTREME SITUATIONS" AND NOT DUE TO ENVIRONMENTAL-CLIMATIC -MECHANICAL CONDITIONS WHICH ARE WELL AWARE OF "EXISTING" IN THESE AREAS OR LOCATIONS ESPECIALLY IN THESE WELL KNOWN GLOBAL REGIONS USED FOR TACTICAL/STRATEGIC DAILY OPERATIONS FOR ANY MILITARY/LAW ENFORCEMENT CORPS.

View: Satellite infrared-thermal images of humans in remote locations.

View: Thermal/Infrared Heat Images which wouldn´t be an option for satellites, thermal heat seeking technologies, armament, missiles using the TK-BNV Anti-Thermal/Infrared Blanket/Covering to evade detection/destruction but also increasing "tactical/operational superiority" as the enemy wouldn´t be able to detect approaching forces using this type of unique "Protection" technology.

View: These situations in the XXI aren´t viable at any level especially putting at risk our "personnel-teams" but also risking the loss of extremely expensive military/law enforcement assists and falling into the hands of the enemy at human, technological and asset level.

View: Mine/IED explosion but with TK-Anti explosion fuel tanks/fuel tankers have time to safe their "teams" and even reduce the risk factor of an explosion to nil installing-Anti Explosion Alloys.(Anti-B.L.E.V.E).

View: The well trained, equipped "military/law enforcement teams" haven´t the luxury to be "sitting ducks" digging out of sand dunes, marshes, mud, putting their lives at risk and even requiring more external assistance increasing the risk factor to extreme levels due to possible ambushes, attacks, etc.

TK-BLACK NIGHT VIPER LOGISTICAL OPERATIONS

All of TK-BNV vehicles can be transported by normal means of transport, rail freight, truck, airfreight, sea freight, etc. In the event of needing to access a certain location our vehicles are prepared to be able to be "dropped off/out" of transport planes, helicopters, etc.

The reason of designing the "King Warrior" with the capacity of pulling/transporting/delivering other than its two main containers plus another five additional containers would allow that in the event of any lack or non-"air support" one single TK-BNV King Warrior could reach any location with seven operational units and thus avoiding air support.

Due to the design of the "King Warrior" the environment wouldn´t be an issue as being able to travel quickly by road as much as possible then being able to change on to the "track/chain” design mode which would then allow the "King Warrior" vehicle to enter off road terrain and to drop-off the transport as required. This allowing any future refueling, maintenance, supply, medical needs, to be done “on/off” road for any type of operational use from all terrain vehicle logistical support, to Drone, surveillance aircraft bases, telecommunication bases even to the refuelling of patrol vessels in rivers, jungle areas as it wouldn´t be hindered due to the lack of surface quality as other transport vehicles plus having enough fire power and defensive armament

ARMAMENT FROM NON-LETHAL/LAW ENFORCEMENT TO HEAVY DUTY, HIGH CALIBRE, HIGH SPEED, LONG RANGE MILITARY ARMAMENT

ARMAMENT (OPTIONAL)

The “DRAGON” fleet has one/two main machine gun mounts which are located on top of the cabin roof. We recommend the installation of 2/4 x machine guns of 20+mm. These units are optional and can be operated by the “crew/team” or automatic shooting technology from inside of the cabin via a joystick and video camera attack systems which aren´t included in this proposal.

TK-BNV can design any vehicle for our clients needs, however, these are the main types of vehicles we are currently manufacturing or designing and are capable of quick delivery programs and using the best and most modern military and non-military technologies.

We design our vehicles in mind always with the clients operational needs being paramount, thus some clients wishing range, fire power, cost, maintenance and running costs, hourly use cost, high durability, salt water or river water usage, mix usage, armament, troop movements, as their paramount operational requirements and thus designing and building the "exact final vehicle" with the best possible technology and safety features for our clients needs.

Armament on “Warriors/king Warriors” -Logistical Fuel/Supply/Carriers-

The “Warrior” class is for all types of logistical use and especially for refueling, arming and transporting supplies to other "DRAGONS" in difficult or at extreme locations where this can´t be done with normal ground logistics as towns, refueling depots, bases, etc. Including for their "secretive” use for refueling/supplying specially on long term law enforcement, surveillance or military observation, defence or attack operations without depending on other personnel, civilians and allowing full covert operations to continue for long term operations.

Armament on “Warriors/King Warriors”-Missile Launchers.

A specially designed “Warrior” vehicle where missiles can be transported and launched from any type of areas, locations, conditions and even using lazer guided missile technology. The “Warrior” is an ideal missile platform and totally built to withstand all types of "rocket propelled jet blast". Ideal for the first or final "punch" in any land/sea/river based operations especially against larger groups or numbers, enemy ground bases or even drug manufacturing bases or industries.

Armament on “Warrior/King Warrior” Anti-Mine Technologies/Ground Sensors Planters.

These “Warriors” have the capacity to carry and to launch anti-mines technologies and to “mark/plant” information/research based sensors in any terrestrial locations and excellent for tracking operations of other vehicles, personnel, piracy movements, terrorists movements, etc.

ARMAMENT “BLACK NIGHT VIPER DRAGON FLEET VEHICLE”. (Optional)

TECHNOKONTROL ANTI-EMPS DEFENCE AGAINST EMPS-BOMBS, EMPS PERSONAL CARRIED DEVICE ATTACKS AND SOLAR-FLARES OR SOLAR RADIATION

The most effective defence against electro-magnetic bombs is to prevent their delivery by destroying the launch platform or delivery vehicle, as is the case with nuclear weapons. This however may not always be possible, and therefore systems which can be expected to suffer exposure to the electro-magnetic weapons effects must be electro-magnetically hardened.

The most effective method is to wholly contain the equipment in an electrically conductive enclosure; Technokontrol has developed the Anti-EMPS Protection Panels for such protection systems termed a Faraday cages or TK-EMPS Panel Protected Bunker-Buildings, all types of vessels, ships, military bases, aircraft, which prevents the electro-magnetic field from gaining access to the protected equipment. However, most such equipment must communicate with and be fed with power from the outside world, and this can provide entry points via which electrical transients may enter the enclosure and effect damage. While optical fibers address this requirement for transferring data in and out, electrical power feeds remain an on-going vulnerability.

Where an electrically conductive channel must enter the enclosure, electro-magnetic arresting devices must be fitted. A range of devices exist, however care must be taken in determining their parameters to ensure that they can deal with the rise time and strength of electrical transients produced by electro-magnetic devices. Reports from the US indicate that hardening measures attuned to the behaviour of nuclear EMP bombs do not perform well when dealing with some conventional microwave electro-magnetic device designs.

Thus needing to use Technokontrols Anti-EMPS Protection Technology which as being simple and effective will not need to be applied to the internal electronics of any of the devices required for protection as the whole area, zone, section will be protected for all outside EMPS and thus needing to install an antenna to continue to operate with the outside world once the danger has been overcome or passed allowing normal operations to continue if desired.

TK-ANTI EXPLOSION SAFETY FUEL VALVE SYSTEM –REFUELING PIPELINE INTER-VEHICLE / EMERGENCY REFUELING AT “LZ/ELZ & DESIGNATED BASES”.

We at Technokontrol have had our R&D department create and patented our very own fuel valve system (FVS), which may even contradict many physical principles but after many years of research and development we can not only prove its viability via the attached presentation, we can also prove that it is commercially viable as we already starting to sell it into local Petrol-Chemical operators throughout the world.

We have designated this technology to be used in all “TK-BNV Dragons” and especially in the “Fuel Transport Logistical tanker sector”, where every second spent refueling is a “death & life” situation due to having to refuel in fixed, parked positions while with our “TK-Safety, High Speed Refueling Technology” we can at least refuel in 20%-45% less time than any other type of refueling technology without taking into account that using TK-Anti explosion Alloys, these tankers or vehicles can´t explode with normal fire arms bullets and even can be repaired from the exterior without unloading its fuel with no risk to the maintenance personnel or crews.

Due to not having any possibility of explosion also including the most dangerous type of explosion B.L.E.V.E. due to fire or extreme heat is avoided fully and not taking for granted that at least 2% of each tanker refueling fuel load will be saved due to its also “Fuel Vaporization Saving Technology”, thus making the investment not only cost effective but also extremely safe for all the “crews/teams/personnel” and assets.

TechnoKontrol Fueling Valve System with TK Alloys

You will be able to verify that without our valve system the refueling amount (in Litres) taken over a 9 minute timescale and from a top loading vehicle was that of 2,914 litres meaning that the average amount of fuel entering the tank per minute was that of 323,77 litres. However, when using our FVS system and the same vehicle, the amount refueled throughout a 6 minute timescale was that of 2,967 litres meaning that the average amount of fuel entering the tank per minute was that of 495,50 litres. The difference in litres was 171,73 litres per minute (i.e. 492,50 litres with the FVS system against 323,77 without), thus showing our systems obvious benefit within the marketplace.

Other benefits of using our product and technology can be seen as follows:
  • Technokontrol can demonstrate how when our product has been installed and maintained by one of our authorized engineers that it can stop any explosion from occurring within tanks filled with Diesel, Gas, Petroleum or any other type of flammable, gaseous or liquid substance.
  • Technokontrol only uses 1% of the fuel tanks full capacity for the net and 1,5% for the balls. Therefore if we use a 100 litre tank as an example, when filled with our Net it will continue to have a fuel capacity of 99 litres and when filled with our Technokontrol balls it will have a capacity of 98.5 litres.
  • Technokontrol completely avoids any oxidation within the interior of the tank.
  • Technokontrol stabilizes the liquid in moving tanks such as tankers, speed boats or freight transport.
  • Technokontrol will provide a lifelong service and maintenance package for any Technokontrol product which has been installed and maintained by one of our authorized engineers.
  • Technokontrol is compatible with all types of combustibles and does not change any of its chemical properties.
  • Technokontrol cancels out any electrostatic charge.

ANTI EXPLOSION / FIRE RUBBER PROTECTED REFUELING PIPELINES

This refueling system is for:

Immediate and quick operational option to refuel/transfer fuel to and from all types of vehicles especially under armed forces/law enforcement "live operations"

TK- SAFETY ANTI-EXPLOSION JERRY CANS

Due to knowing the risk of carry on board hundreds or thousands of litres of fuel we also included 50 x 20 litres anti-explosion/fire TK-Safety Jerry cans which can be transported without any risk of bullets shots, onboard fires, explosions, cross fire, etc and via the rubber pipeline can be connected to the other vehicles with the TK-Safety valves and rubber pipelines to refuel without any danger between either vessel at any location.

TK-ANTI-EXPLOSION ALLOY (BALL, MESH, TEXTILE & PANELS)

TechnoKontrol Alloy Safety Products

TechnoKontrol Alloy Safety products are a unique non-combustible material consisting of a specially designed metal alloy mesh mechanically produced via a patented three dimensional production system.

TechnoKontrol Safety Technology Alloys, panels and safety technology systems are comprised of patented alloy material manufactured in a three dimensional manner mechanically produced into a mesh, ball or textile format to form a unique non-combustible material that is Fire, Blast, Moisture, Corrosion, heat, sound and electromagnetic wave resistant depending for its final usage. In the case of blast, fire, heat or explosions TechnoKontrol Safety Technology Systems will perform as no other product in the market, especially, in the oil-gas-chemical industries.

As mentioned above, the TechnoKontrol Safety Technology Alloy stops the explosion of any tank filled with gasoline, diesel, gas, petroleum or any other type of flammable, gaseous or liquid substance.

In addition our TechnoKontrol Alloy only occupies (volume) a minimum 1% of the overall tanks capacity when using the net and 1.5% when using the balls. Therefore, if a 100 litres tank is filled with our alloy net, the tank has a capacity of 99 litres, and if filled with the balls, it has a capacity of 98.5 litres.

TechnoKontrol Safety Alloys completely avoids the oxidation within the interior part of the tank, if the fuel tank is new or stops increasing oxidation if already an used tank and in turn stops explosions 100% of the time.

Our TechnoKontrol Alloy TK-Ball & TK-Mesh is exceptionally flexible, resistant to heat and once installed requires very little maintenance even within the most aggressive of atmospheres.

As per our Mission Statement, at TechnoKontrol we are constantly reinvesting into our Research, Development and Investigation departments so as to be able to adapt our patented alloys and manufacturing systems in order to continually expand our product lines.
